About David Neumann

David is the founder and owner of Two by Foresight, LLC and is a practicing attorney in both Ohio and Massachusetts. David has spent over a decade advising creditors, banks, investors, receivers, distressed companies, boards of directors and regional and international organizations enabling him to develop and implement corporate distress solutions in a variety of supply-chain failures. From Fortune 500 Companies to second and third generation middle market businesses - David is known coast to coast as an efficient and effective problem solver.

Prior to launching Two by Foresight, David was an equity partner in the Business Reorganization Group of Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff with a primary focus on Bankruptcy Litigation, Bankruptcy Reorganization, Receiverships and Debt Restructurings. Prior to Benesch, David was a law clerk to the Honorable Randolph Baxter, United States Court Bankruptcy Judge. Earlier experience includes work with Aeroflot Airlines and a large international logistics provider. David is a frequent lecturer on Zone of Insolvency Issues and has taught this as part of the Entrepreneurship class at Case Western University Weatherhead School of Management.

David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University and his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1997.
